Tu chahey jisse, wo tere qareeb ho
Kuch is tarha ho karam Allah ka
Makka aur madina ki, tujhe ziyarat naseeb ho
(Happy Ramadan Mubarak)
Allah Ta’ala ka Farman hai,
Ae Muhammad (S.A.W.W)
Agar MUJHE TERI ummat ko dozakh ME jalana hota
To unhen RAMZAN jesi naimat ataa nahi kerta.
(SUBHANALLAH) Happy Ramzan Mubarik
Meaning of RAMZAN:
R – Roza rakho.
A – Allah se daro.
M – Masjid ko jao.
Z – Zakaat baanto.
A – Amal ache karo.
N – Namaz padho.
Mufti Sahab Ne Ailaan Kya Hai
K Rozay Main Ek Cheez Kha Saktay Hain.
Main Bhi Khaa Raha Hon Aap Bhi Khaaen.
Ho Aap pe Ramzan ki hazaron barkatain
Na rahe Dil ek pal bhi ibadat se
Aapki har dua ho Qabool
Aur Un Duaon mai ek hum bhi hon
Mahe Ramzan ka jab chand nazr aa gia
Malk e do jahn sab ke ghar aa gia
Rehmatein barkatein banteny ke liye
Mahe Ramzan Musalman ke dar aa gia
Waja somo salaat jo samujh jaye ga
Us ko samjho jeene ka huner aa gia
Hai Muslaman to Islam ka ek shajer
Jis mein islam ka bhi samr aa gia
Mere Malik tu mujh py bhi kar de karam
Ab teri maghfirat ka behr aa gia
Teri Bakhshish sakha tere jood o karm
Tujh se laine Kheyal Tere dar aa gia
O moon-faced Beloved,
the month of Ramadan has arrived
Cover the table
and open the path of praise.
O fickle busybody,
it’s time to change your ways.
Can you see the one who’s selling the halvah
how long will it be the halvah you desire?
Just a glimpse of the halvah-maker
has made you so sweet even honey says,
“I’ll put myself beneath your feet, like soil;
I’ll worship at your shrine.”
Your chick frets within the egg
with all your eating and choking.
Break out of your shell that your wings may grow.
Let yourself fly.
The lips of the Master are parched
from calling the Beloved.
The sound of your call resounds
through the horn of your empty belly.
Let nothing be inside of you.
Be empty: give your lips to the lips of the reed.
When like a reed you fill with His breath,
then you’ll taste sweetness.
Sweetness is hidden in the Breath
that fills the reed.
Be like Mary – by that sweet breath
a child grew within her. – Rumi
By Musa Burki
A time for our hearts to become unsealed
Reflecting on the divine words revealed
The month which we hope to never end
Unable to count the infinite blessings it sends
Asked by our Lord to give up our worldly pleasures
So that we may receive His divine treasures
It’s a time that comes but once a year
Yet the moments which we hold most dear
The nights spent in prayer and reflection
Prepares the soul for redemption
Praying to our Creator for mercy and wisdom
Pleading to be admitted into His kingdom
We welcome you, O Ramadan, with joy as our guest
Having to subdue our egos as a test
You mend our hearts and give us tranquility
As we engage in battling our iniquity
Solidifying the bonds of kith and kin
Washing away the stain of sin
Fasting not only of body but of speech
It is Your benevolence which we beseech
O Ramadan, you have blessed us with your presence
Teaching us to grow from our spiritual adolescence
Continue to be the month which will always bless
Helping us to alleviate our fears and distress
The Ramadan poetry is with full of the essence of Islam. It compels us to drown in the sea of prayers and fasts. In the Ramadan Mubarak messages, we are given the lesson to recite Holy Quran along with five prayers in a day. Muslims do Sehri and keep fast and at the time of Iftar, they break their fast according to the teachings of our Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.
